These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kittito mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Kittito ("Kittito", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By registering for or using Kittito, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Kittito operates as a two-sided marketplace. When you register, you select a role:
Kittito is a platform that facilitates connections between Employers and Employees. We are not a party to, and do not guarantee the outcome of, any employment relationship, offer, or arrangement made between users.
"User Content" includes profile information, photos, business media, documents, certificates, work history, job postings, messages, and any other material you submit to the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Kittito a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the User Content you submit, including certificates, documents, and business media. Do not upload content that is false, misleading, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and fairness of the job postings they create, including compliance with applicable labor and employment laws. Employees are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information, documents, and certificates submitted in support of an application. Kittito does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of job postings, applicant profiles, or uploaded documents, and does not guarantee that any job posting or application will result in employment.
In-app messaging is provided to help Employers and Employees communicate about job opportunities. Messages should be used for legitimate hiring purposes only. We may monitor or review reported messages to enforce these Terms, but we are not responsible for the content of communications between users.
The Kittito name, logo, app, and website — excluding User Content — are the property of Kittito and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Kittito does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any job posting, applicant, or piece of User Content is accurate, complete, or verified.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kittito and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of employment, income, profits, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including any hiring decisions or interactions between Employers and Employees.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
